Is your product in scope?
The EUDR applies to the codes listed in Annex I. If the code you declare is on the list, the regulation applies. If it is not, it does not, even when the product plainly contains one of the seven commodities.
Look up an HS code
Type a code or a product name. The first four digits are what decide whether processing creates a new relevant product.
Codes marked for 30 December 2027 come from the Delegated Regulation the Commission adopted on 13 July 2026. It is in the Parliament and Council scrutiny period, so today’s Annex I remains the binding list until the text is published in the Official Journal.
