Is your product in scope?
The EUDR applies to the codes listed in Annex I. If the code you declare is on the list, the regulation applies. If it is not, it does not, even when the product plainly contains one of the seven commodities.
Look up an HS code
Type a code or a product name. The first four digits are what decide whether processing creates a new relevant product.
Annex I as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102, in force since 18 September 2026. Codes marked for 30 December 2027 are in Annex I and bind from that date; entries marked removed left Annex I on 18 September 2026. Not covered, whatever the code: waste, used and second-hand products, packing material presented with another product, samples of negligible value, and products used up in examination, analysis or testing.
