Company size test

Your size decides which date applies: 30 December 2026 for large and medium companies, 30 June 2027 for micro and small ones. It is measured per legal entity, not per group, and fixed by where you stood on 31 December 2024.

Work out your size

Enter the figures for the entity that places the product on the market. Exceeding at least two of the three thresholds makes you large or medium.

Your figures as at 31 December 2024

Assessed per legal entity, not per group: the figures of the individual entity decide, not the group as a whole, so a small subsidiary of a large parent is judged on its own numbers. National thresholds do not apply: the EUDR uses the Accounting Directive figures wherever you are established. A classification changes only after two consecutive financial years above or below the thresholds.

Thresholds come from Directive 2013/34/EU as amended by Delegated Directive (EU) 2023/2775. National size thresholds are not relevant here: the EUDR is built on the Accounting Directive figures themselves.
