Annex I as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102, published in the Official Journal on 17 September 2026 and in force since 18 September 2026. Codes marked for 30 December 2027 are in Annex I and bind from that date. Removed entries are kept, marked with the date they left. The regulation also excludes waste, used and second-hand products, packing material presented with another product, samples, and products used up in analysis or testing, and it limits cattle to the genus Bos, oil palm to Elaeis, rubber to Hevea brasiliensis, and wood to materials other than bamboo and rattan.
