Country risk benchmark
Country classification decides how much due diligence a consignment needs. Low risk unlocks the simplified route. Everything not named in the Implementing Regulation is standard risk by default.
Look up a country
Type a country name or its two-letter code. Every country resolves, including the standard-risk ones the Regulation does not name.
Classification comes from Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1093 of 22 May 2025. It names 140 low-risk and 4 high-risk countries; every other country is standard risk.
