Importerer dere fra land utenfor EØS, eller omsetter varen for første gang i Norge, er dere virksomhet og må registrere aktsomhetserklæring. Kjøper dere i EØS og lager et nytt omfattet produkt av det, er dere nedstrøms virksomhet. Selger dere det samme produktet videre, er dere forhandler.

Vi selger soya til EU. Hva må vi gjøre?
Kunden i EU er virksomheten og må dokumentere at varene ikke kommer fra avskoget areal. Regn med å bli bedt om geolokalisering av produksjonsarealene og dokumentasjon på lovlighet. At Norge holder soya utenfor, endrer ikke det.

Koordinater med minst seks desimaler. Et punkt holder opp til fire hektar. Større arealer må ha polygon.
